Potato Cannon program
On Saturday, November 8, we had a super fun Potato Cannon program at the scouting club! The participants were divided into two teams and first built their own catapults with rubber bands. Then we played various games. We had to shoot potatoes at posters in trees, try to shoot as far as possible, and even play a kind of boules with the posters. Points were awarded for each game, and the team with the most points at the end won. Everyone had a lot of fun.
Alternative Cooking
With three sturdy logs next to the fire and homemade skewers, we made a real scout meal. Chicken, bacon, onion, tomato, cheddar, and our own sauce melted together into pure outdoor cooking magic. Fire, adventure, and lots of fun! 🔥🍢 #Scouting #OutdoorCooking ~ Lorenz
Bridge Building Bonanza!
Today, our Explorers took on the ultimate challenge — building a bridge across the water… or well, a gigantic picnic table! After some serious teamwork and elbow grease, they completed this one-of-a-kind dining spot suspended above the water. And what better way to celebrate than with a feast? Pancakes were on the menu — and they were devoured with delight, right on their self-built bridge!
Life-Size Dart Madness!
Today, our Explorers went big — building a giant dartboard from scratch! After painting their massive creation, they even constructed a full-on “House of Darts” — a cozy shelter to keep dry while aiming for the bullseye. Then the real fun began: armed with a swinging rope, they launched themselves at the board in a thrilling quest for the highest score. An afternoon packed with creativity, teamwork, and tons of laughter!
