What to Expect When Joining

As a member of our group, you automatically become a member of Scouting Netherlands – welcome to the adventure! 🏕️

Your membership fee supports all the amazing activities we organize. And trust us: you get a lot in return! This fee includes not just the regular Saturday programs, but also some of the awesome camps each age group participates in every year. Here’s what’s included:

Included Camps per Age Group:

Age Group	Included Activities
Beavers	Opening day or camp, summer camp, and at least 2 mini-camps.
Cubs	Opening day or camp, summer camp, and 2 mini-camps.
Scouts	Opening day or camp and at least 4 mini-camps.
Explorers	Opening day or camp and at least 4 mini-camps.

What Does It Cost?

At Scouting GFB, we use an “all-in” membership system. That means no surprises! All regular activities and most camps are included in the annual fee – only summer camps for Scouts and Explorers are charged separately.

Only for special events like national gatherings, international camps, or exclusive weekends (such as Jungle Camp, Trappers Camp, Winter Camp, HOPOKA, HIT, etc.), an additional fee may apply. But even then, we keep things affordable!

We believe in this system so that everyone can join in without worrying about individual payments – and to encourage participation in camps.

The contribution is collected quarterly via direct debit.

Cubs	€ 40 for Jungle Camp (for oldest Cubs).

Explorers	€ 100 for summer camp.

Payment

Direct debit: Easy and convenient! Authorize us once and you’re all set.
Bank transfer: Only available for full-year payments. Make sure the full amount is transferred by January 31st:
