Our Group
About Scouting Graaf Folke Bernadotte
Founded in 1916, Scouting Graaf Folke Bernadotte has a proud and rich history in Eindhoven. What sets our group apart is our commitment to tradition: we are the only scouting group in the region that continues to operate as an all-boys group. That said, we’re fortunate to have several dedicated women in our leadership team who play a vital role in our success.
Historically, it was unthinkable for boys and girls to participate in the same scouting group. We honor that tradition to this day, meaning all our members are boys—though our leadership team proudly includes women.
Our clubhouse in Eindhoven-North
A few years ago, our beloved clubhouse was lost to a fire. But thanks to years of dedication, patience, and fundraising, we’ve built a beautiful new clubhouse on the same cherished site. Nestled between the Dommel River, the Karpendonkse Plas, and the Eckart Forest, our location offers the perfect setting to enjoy nature and all our scouting adventures.
